A love for celebrations.

Hi, I’m Camy. My journey began in 2010 as a host for a Vietnamese-language television station. I later became a Marketing Director for a manufacturer in the nail industry, creating campaigns, shaping brand experiences, and organizing events that brought people together.

From community festivals and concerts to intimate celebrations, I’ve organized or emceed more than 1000 events, big and small. But weddings captured my heart.

To me, a wedding is a little kind of magic—a day when love blooms, families come together, and traditions take on new meaning. I’m here to listen when planning feels overwhelming, offer guidance from experience, and bring a little calm when emotions run high—so you can truly enjoy your day.

Wedding Coordination

You make the plans. I bring the moving pieces together for your tea ceremony and reception.

Before your celebration

  • Review your existing plans, vendor contacts, and event details
  • Build a working wedding-day timeline and share key cues with your vendors
  • Confirm arrival times, responsibilities, and family ceremony roles
  • Honor your cultural background, family traditions, and each family’s preferences throughout the day

Tea ceremony

  • Check the planned ceremony setup and readiness of provided items
  • Organize family members, procession, and ceremony transitions
  • Coordinate timing with your MC, photographer, and videographer

Reception

  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for vendors and the venue
  • Check setup against your agreed layout and plans
  • Set up simple welcome and sign-in table items, including your guest book and provided signage
  • Arrange provided name tags, place cards, and light décor according to your plan
  • Organize wedding-party lineup and grand-entrance cues
  • Coordinate dinner, speeches, cake cutting, dances, and other scheduled moments
  • Handle timing adjustments and troubleshoot event-day issues
  • Help pack up décor, signage, guest-book items, gifts, and personal belongings at the end of the night
  • Coordinate vendor breakdown and handoff of packed items to your designated family member

  • Support cultural traditions and family preferences, simple sign-in table setup, name tags, and light décor
  • Help pack up event items and personal belongings at the end of the night
  • Manage vendor timing, wedding-party cues, and planned transitions
  • Oversee the agreed event plan and handle event-day adjustments
